I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, tucked away in a quiet residential area but still very central to everything in Derry. The rooms were cozy and clean, with a shared functional kitchen that had some free amenities like complimentary tea and coffee. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. However, the dining experience with the marmalade was a bit underwhelming, and I wished for more variety. Despite that, the facilities were great, especially the well-equipped kitchen.
The hotel is situated at the top of a steep hill, offering a quiet retreat but very close to the amazing city centre. The rooms provide a shared functional kitchen with some complimentary tea and coffee, though there are minor issues with noise levels. The service is efficient and the price is considered reasonable for the value received.
